Test Your Knowledge!

Three unique self-assessment sessions will be held at APA’s 2004 annual meeting in a format introduced at last year’s annual meeting—”Focus Live.” This format is composed of three 90-minute sessions on topics covered in APA’s new journal, Focus: The Journal of Lifelong Learning in Psychiatry. During the sessions, experts will lead lively discussions based on multiple-choice questions that the audience answers using an automated audience response system. The system instantly projects a histogram on a screen allowing private comparison to others in the audience and offers a new and entertaining way to learn. Sessions will be moderated by the editors of Focus, Deborah Hales, M.D., and Mark Hyman Rapaport, M.D. The sessions will be held in Room 1E14 on level 1 of the Javits Center.
