Conference to Be Held On Correctional Health

Psychiatrists who treat patients in correctional settings or are interested in doing so should attend the conference “Updates in Correctional Health Care,” which will be held April 9 to 12 in Las Vegas.

The conference is sponsored by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care and the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals. The program will feature more than 40 workshop presentations, seminars, and plenary sessions with nationally known correctional health experts. Preconference seminars will provide a comprehensive look at the most important issues in correctional care today.

The conference will be held at the Flamingo Las Vegas.
