Psychiatry on the World Stage
The APA Office of International Activities and its components, the Council on Global Psychiatry, Committee on Psychiatric Dimensions of Disasters, and Corresponding Committee on Misuse and Abuse of Psychiatry, will present several timely symposia and workshops at this year's annual meeting. Other activities include five discussion groups that will examine current issues in psychiatry pertinent to Europe, Latin America, South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
