Lacresha Hall, M.D., of Margate, Fla., is a recipient of the 2009 Penn State Alumni Achievement Award presented by the university's Alumni Association. Hall is founder and chief executive officer of Hallway of Life Recovery Center for women in Delray Beach, Fla., and has a private psychiatric practice.
