David Earl Linden, M.D., has been suspended for five years from APA and the Oklahoma Psychiatric Physicians Association. Linden
was found to have violated sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the Principles of Medical Ethics With Annotations Especially Applicable to Psychiatry by the ethics committees of the district branch and APA. He was found to have committed a boundary violation and prescribed
medications without sufficient examination and the establishment of a valid physician-patient relationship.
