This year's annual meeting schedule has been designed to give you plenty of time to explore Hawaii's great outdoors and meet with friends and colleagues.

  • Registration/Course Enrollment: Friday, May 13, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. (11 a.m.-noon for APA members only); Saturday-Tuesday, May 14-17, 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m.; Wednesday, May 15, 6:30 a.m.-1 p.m.; Hawaii Convention Center

  • Courses: Saturday, May 14: 7 a.m.-11 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m., and 7 a.m.-2 p.m.; Hawaii Convention Center

  • Sunday-Tuesday, May 15-17: 7 a.m.-11 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., and 7 a.m.-3 p.m.; Hilton Hawaiian Village. The exceptions are the Board Review Master Course, which will be in room 323A-C in the Hawaii Convention Center, and the buprenorphine course, which will be held from 6:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (Hilton).

  • Scientific Sessions: Saturday-Wednesday, May 14-18: 7 a.m.-3 p.m. (with break to visit exhibits at 11 a.m.-11:30 a.m. or 11:30-noon);Hawaii Convention Center and Ala Moana Hotel

  • New Research Posters: Saturday, May 14-Tuesday, May 15-17, 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.-3 p.m.; Exhibit Hall, Hawaii Convention Center. Saturday's posters are by residents only.

  • APA Member Center, APPI Bookstore, Publishers' Bookfair, and Career Fair: Saturday-Tuesday, May 14-17: 8 a.m.-3 p.m.; Exhibit Hall, Hawaii Convention Center

  • Exhibits: Sunday-Tuesday, May 15-17, 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Exhibit Hall, Hawaii Convention Center

  • Opening Session: Sunday, May 15, 3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m., Kalakaua Ballroom, Hawaii Convention Center

  • Convocation of Distinguished Fellows: Monday, May 16, 3:30 p.m.-5 p.m., Kalakaua Ballroom, Hawaii Convention Center

  • American Psychiatric Foundation Benefit: Monday, May 16, 6 p.m.-9 p.m., Bishop's Museum

  • MindGames: Tuesday, May 17, 10 a.m.-11 a.m., 323A-C, Hawaii Convention Center

  • Conversations Event: Tuesday, May 17, 3 p.m.-4 p.m., Kalakauna Ballroom, Level 4, Hawaii Convention Center.

  • Shuttle Busing: Saturday-Wednesday, May 14-18: starts each day at 6 a.m. with pick-up at hotels; last bus leaves the convention center on Saturday, May 14, at 3:30 p.m.; Sunday and Monday, May 15 and 16, at 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday, May 17, at 5 p.m.; and Wednesday, May 18, at 3:30 p.m. There will be no evening shuttle buses.
