APPI Launches Revamped Web Site
Psychiatric News
Volume 45 Number 16 page 7-7

American Psychiatric Pubishing Inc. (APPI), which produces a broad range of books and journals on topics in psychiatry and mental health, has relaunched its Web site with a new look and new features. In a June press release, APPI highlighted several benefits of the new Web site, including a search engine that helps users find the books and journals they want more quickly and in a more user-friendly fashion.

The redesigned site also features improved browsing options that group content into four categories—disorders; subjects; assessment, treatment, and guides; and references and manuals.

Improved individual book and journal page features now include tabs that are simpler for users to navigate, a Google preview, links to social-networking Web sites, "My Account" information including order history and tracking, and suggested titles that a user might find of interest.

The Web address of the APPI site hasn't changed. It is still <www.appi.org>.blacksquare
