Readers are invited to submit letters not more than 500 words long for possible
publication. Psychiatric News reserves the right to edit letters and to publish
them in all editions, print, electronic, or other media. Submission of a letter
implies consent for publication unless otherwise indicated in the letter. Receipt
of letters is not acknowledged. All letters must include the correspondent's name
and address and are subject to editing to meet style, clarity, and space requirements.
Preference is given to letters submitted by APA members.
