APA CEO and Medical Director Saul Levin, M.D., M.P.A. Each year, the college honors outstanding physicians from around the world by granting them fellowship in this esteemed organization. The college, which is one of three organizations that set the specialty training standards for physicians in the United Kingdom, was established by charter of King Charles II in 1681. ■
