Errata

An incorrect telephone number was published in the May 4 issue for participation in the COMBINE study of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. The correct number is (866) 80-STUDY. There is a geographic eligibility requirement.

Also, incorrect information was given in the article in the May 18 issue concerning the appointment of Sheldon I. Miller, M.D., to the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education. The name of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry was incorrectly given as its former name, and the correct name of its journal is the American Journal on Addictions. The American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry recommended Miller to APA for nomination to the post. ▪
