In the October 3 issue, the name of Dr. Jagannathan Srinivasaraghavan’s institution was incorrectly given as Southern Illinois School of Medicine in Anna, Ill. The correct name is Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Srinivasaraghavan (also known as Dr. Van) is one of the two candidates for president-elect in APA’s 2004 election. The other candidate is Steven Sharfstein, M.D. ▪
