Comments Invited On SUD Guideline

The draft APA Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Patients With Substance Use Disorders, Second Edition, is now available for general review. This guideline is a revision of the first edition published in 1995.

Members of the Assembly, as well as any APA member, are encouraged to visit the Members Corner section of APA's Web site at<www.psych.org>, where a PDF of the draft may be downloaded. (Look for the heading“ Practice Guideline Drafts for Review by Assembly and Other APA Members.”) A final draft will be presented to the Assembly for action at its November 11-13 meeting.
