Royal College to Meet
The annual meeting of the Royal College of Psychiatrists will be held in Glasgow, Scotland, from July 10 to 13. The meeting includes a variety of panels that will meet throughout the four days and a full schedule of social, cultural, and recreational activities.
APA members are eligible to attend for the same registration fee that is available for members of the Royal College.
Last year APA President Steven Sharfstein, M.D., attended as a VIP guest. Pedro Ruiz, M.D., who will be APA president at the time of this year's meeting, has received the same invitation. He will be part of a delegation with Sharfstein and James H. Scully Jr., M.D., APA's medical director, to meet with Prof. Sheila Hollins, president of the Royal College, and its leadership.
