Getto Appointed

Carl Getto, M.D., has been named executive vice president and chief medical officer of the regional medical center affiliated with the University of Tennessee (UT) in Memphis. Getto also will serve as associate dean for hospital services at UT and associate chief medical officer with the UT physician practice plan. Getto is a past chair of the HHS Council on Graduate Medical Education.
