The Hellenic American Psychiatric Association (HAPA) will hold its 15th annual meeting in conjunction with APA’s 2014 annual meeting in New York. It will take place on Tuesday, May 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The keynote speaker is George Petrides, M.D., president of the International Society for ECT and Neurostimulation and an associate professor at Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine. He is also a past president of HAPA. He will present the lecture “Brain Stimulation: From ECT to Transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation—New Frontiers and Challenges.”

A Dutch-treat dinner at a local restaurant will follow the meeting. Those interested in attending the meeting and dinner must register and pay dues—$52 for members and $25 for resident-fellow members. Dues should be mailed to Maria T.
