Integrated care is an exciting area of practice growth and opportunity for psychiatrists, and this year’s Annual Meeting is shaping up to be one of the best ever for preparing for new roles. Especially exciting is a free course being offered under a grant that APA received as part of the Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Under that grant, APA will train 3,500 psychiatrists in the principles and practice of collaborative care. See first session listed below; more information appears in the article on the facing page.
